Democrats Need To Dig Deeper

I laughed when I found this and figured it was too gross to use…then thought:

That’s an elephant.

What if a moderate (not extreme) conservative politician…disgusted with the rhetoric of both  parties…ran as a Democrat?

The current political rhetoric reminds me of that Russian face slapping contest.

Joe Lieberman comes to mind as a Democrat who ran on Republican ideas but was shunned by both parties but not his constituents.  The Republicans shunned him because he was a Democrat. The Democrats shunned him because he wouldn’t support extreme party ideas. Both parties used the Lame Stream Media to attack him. The Lame Stream Media used the attacks as click bait to generate ratings instead of providing in depth analysis of his ideas.

Where are the good old days when Tip O’Neill formed a close friendship with Ronald Reagan as they compromised and actually accomplished good legislation that was pro American rather than pro party?

Schumer and Pelosi attack Trump for ideas that they supported just a few years ago. The Lame Stream Media reports the face slapping contest instead of the fact that both face slappers agreed…just at different times in the  farce we call politics and journalism. Both pretend to protect us. Both have extraordinary power given them by our Constitution.

We can punish the politician with votes when they get too extreme in their quest for power and money.

That’s how Trump got elected.

We can cancel subscriptions to the Lame Stream Media when they are committing the same offense.

That’s how Dan Rather got fired and CNN lost the ratings race to reruns of children’s programming.

We can bypass the “journalists” by using the internet. Whatfinger.com is the world’s greatest aggregate of news with enough real news to keep you informed.

If you appreciate these comments…pass it on. If not, CNN is your alternative.

In the meantime, let’s hope the political parties keep digging…at least past this bunch…

SOLUTION TO GUN VIOLENCE?

The two horrific shootings this week are being blamed on (of course) President Trump by the Lame Stream Media.

The double dozen dimwit Democrats running for his job also blame him.

OK…let’s find a solution to this problem:

The Dayton, Ohio shooter was a registered Democrat.

The El Paso shooter says he is a progressive leftist.

In 1865, a Democrat shot and killed Abraham Lincoln, President of the United States.

In 1881, a left wing radical Democrat shot James Garfield, President of the United  States – who later died from the wound.

In 1963, a radical left wing socialist shot and killed John F. Kennedy, President  of the United States.

In 1975, a left wing radical Democrat fired shots at Gerald Ford, President of the  United States.

In 1983, a registered Democrat shot and wounded Ronald Reagan, President of the  United States.

In 1984, James Hubert, a disgruntled Democrat, shot and killed 22 people in a  McDonalds restaurant.

In 1986, Patrick Sherrill, a disgruntled Democrat, shot and killed 15 people in  an Oklahoma post office.

In 1990, James Pough, a disgruntled Democrat, shot and killed 10 people at a GMAC  office.

In 1991, George Hennard, a disgruntled Democrat, shot and killed 23 people in a  Luby’s cafeteria in Killeen , TX.

In 1995, James Daniel Simpson, a disgruntled Democrat, shot and killed 5  coworkers in a Texas laboratory.

In 1999, Larry Asbrook, a disgruntled Democrat, shot and killed 8 people at a  church service.

In 2001, a left wing radical Democrat fired shots at the White House in a failed  attempt to kill George W. Bush, President of the US.

In 2003, Douglas Williams, a disgruntled Democrat, shot and killed 7 people at a  Lockheed Martin plant.

In 2007, a registered Democrat named Seung – Hui Cho, shot and killed 32 people in Virginia Tech.

In 2010, a mentally ill registered Democrat named Jared Lee Loughner, shot Rep.  Gabrielle Giffords and killed 6 others.

In 2011, a registered Democrat named James Holmes, went into a movie theater and  shot and killed 12 people.

In 2012, Andrew Engeldinger, a disgruntled Democrat, shot and killed 7 people in  Minneapolis.

In 2013, a registered Democrat named Adam Lanza, shot and killed 26 people in a  school in Newtown ,CT and an angry Democrat shot 12 at a Navy ship  yard.

The list is getting longer so in the interests of saving space, let’s just say clearly, there is a problem with Democrats and guns.

Not one NRA member, Tea Party member, or Republican conservative was involved in any of these shootings and murders.

SOLUTION?

It should be illegal for Democrats to own guns.

We don’t need gun control.

We need Democrat control.

Guns don’t kill people, Democrats do!

Thoughts While Thinking 7.24.2019

Is AOC in favor of Sharia Law?

I think AOC is attempting a bit of reverse psychology?

Sharia law would make her shut up…sit down and lose any rights.

We wouldn’t even have to look at her anymore!

Now you know why Sharia law was invented!

7.18.2019: a priest in Congress prayed “to cast out all spirits of Darkness” on the House Floor.

 Didn’t work. They’re still there.

I don’t think I would hesitate going home alone at 2am even if these four were still at the bar!

Crude? Yes.

True? Also yes.

I think we should start showing up at incumbent politician town halls with rolls of toilet paper?

Reminder: this is the “fashion editor” who described our First Lady as a fashion disaster. The Lame Stream Media ran the story without this picture.

Major religious group meets and confirms multiple wives OK

Other major religious group meets and says no wives allowed.

Mandates celibacy for priests and then are shocked at the epidemic of pedophilia.

Pope Francis is donating $500K to Central American migrants in Mexico trying to enter the US illegally.

I don’t think he wants to hear what I think about that.

My favorite prayer:

“Lord, please protect me from your followers.”

Tried watching the Democrats debate.

Gave up when one of them wanted to mandate abortions for men.

They even managed to confuse people using two languages…three if you count gibberish. The Democrats rant and rave about Trump radically changing the political arena and then offer their own radical ideas.

I think my wood working hobby has resulted in a side business.

Finding a use for the sawdust helps mitigate climate change/cooling/warming/whatever?

I’ve been watching the Mueller “testimony”.

Thinking about what the Democrats are trying to do.

I think I hurt myself.

Who You Gonna Believe?

This is an incompetent bartender from the Bronx:

She says climate cooling/warming/change is going to kill us so we need to plug cow butts.

This is the inventor of the internet who disagrees with the incompetent bartender:

Many of the world’s leaders have been listening to these people and have issued warnings…

This is the #1 best seller in mathematical physics by Dr. Rex Fleming:

Disclaimer: I may be biased.

Rex and I were classmates at Cathedral High School in Omaha, Nebraska.

We were taught by experts how to think rationally and to base our conclusions on facts.

(typical expert teacher at Cathedral High School)

Since graduation in 1958,

Rex has been busy.

Here’s his brief bio:

Dr. Rex J. Fleming is a mathematician with a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science from the U. of Michigan. He has over 50 years of experience as a scientist and manager in weather and climate research. He has published peer reviewed scientific papers from 1971 to 2018. He has represented the Unites States of America at several international science meetings, including as the Chief Delegate at the First United States Ocean Climate Delegation to the People’s Republic of China in 1982. He was awarded the Department of Commerce Gold Medal Award (1980) for outstanding achievement in directing the U.S. role in the Global Weather Experiment (FGGE). He was elected a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Sciences (1982) for contributions to atmospheric science. From his retired position as a consultant in the aerospace business he has used his own funds to carry out research on climate issues.

That’s a very impressive bio. However, before you figure Rex is going to be waaaay over your head, scroll back to that picture of the expert teacher from Omaha. That ruler made sure we also learned how to use the English language. The result is a book on climate change that provides easy to understand answers to the hysteria of climate change.

His book was written for the non-scientist and includes five Appendices to help guide the reader through the scientific disciplines used to provide fact rather than political ideology including:

An entire chapter devoted to the benefits of CO2 for humans and animals

How fossil fuels provide the cheapest form of energy and that the world has a 500 year supply

Why climate change can never be predicted in perfect detail because it is complex and chaotic in nature

Why combining fossil fuels with renewable forms of energy needs to be re-evaluated for different tasks including a fresh look at total system costs needed to reduce costs for users

The elements of Earth’s natural irrigation system are highlighted – along with one element where a remaining role for humankind must be vastly improved for the coming climate cooling

The final Chapter discusses a range of concerns for energy, food, water and social issues

That climate cooling prediction…with a 500 year supply of fossil fuel, it will always be 72 degrees inside…even here in Minnesota.

You’ll find his book at Amazon by searching Rex Fleming.

Your purchase will continue Rex’s work as he uses his own funds to carry out research on climate issues.

His website is www.rexfleming.com

In the meantime…

I don’t think the incompetent bartender has read the book…

She might have heard about all the other “scientists”?

Rex funds his own research with fact finding based on science and not popular opinion.

So…who you gonna believe?

Check out Dr. Rex Fleming at Amazon for the #1 best seller in mathematical physics and what’s really happening with climate change….

…or explain to this lady why you believe this:

VA merges with ATF?

Please bear with me as this article is going to get confusing but should be clear by the end. Also, my journalism professor taught me to always identify acronyms: VA is Veterans Affairs and ATF is the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms bureau.

I received this notice from the VA:

My fellow veterans will always remember the day the government issued us a weapon…taught us how to use and care for it…and threatened a court martial if we lost it. Some of us maintained our familiarity with weapons by obtaining a concealed carry permit and frequented a gun range to maintain our proficiency.

Citing federal law, the VA warns that weapons are no longer permitted on VA property including concealed weapons. They further state that “their” police will confiscate any weapon found on “their” property.

I wrote a letter to James Byrne, general counsel for the VA, and asked for the identification of the federal law and the identity of the author of the regulation cited in the notice. I received this reply (along with a stack of printouts) from Suzanna Hill, also known as the OGC Deputy Law Librarian:

Digging into the stack of printouts, I found the issue date of September 16, 2015 and the admonishment that the rules and regulations cited were to be posted in a conspicuous place on the property.

Almost four years after the regulations were “supported by Congress as the responsible party”, I received this brief notice that was supposed to be posted in a conspicuous place on VA property.

Somehow the VA will be able to detect a “concealed” weapon and “their” police can search my person and vehicle without a warrant in order to find the prohibited weapon(s) on “their” property. The fine for detection or finding said weapon(s) is $500.00.

Should you opt for a lesser transgression covered by the regulations, the fine for unlawful sexual activity is half that. But don’t even think about giving that bottle of wine to your favorite VA care giver as the fine goes back up to $500.00…unless you present it somewhere away from “their” property.

Makes you wonder if they should also post the definitions of unlawful sexual activity.

There’s also the question of when the VA purchased “their” property from the tax paying veterans. I also wonder where “their” police are hiding and whether they are issued uniforms and carry weapons to enforce these regulations.

But Wait! There’s more!

I received the following from Patrick J. Kelly, director of the Minneapolis VA health Care System:

I contacted Mr. Kelly with the following question:

Did you mean the use of…or the physical presence of…?

Thanks for your attention to this clarification.
I look forward to your answer.

His letter also suggested six programs to reduce or quit my use of tobacco products.

As far as my health…it is excellent and I’m in better physical condition than a lot of people half my age (I’m a few months from my 80th birthday).

I have a collection of pipes from around the world, some with great sentimental value. My tobacco is a special blend formulated for me by a tobacconist in Knoxville, TN.

I thoroughly enjoy smoking my pipes and the rituals fellow pipe smokers are familiar with.

Here’s where it gets interesting:

I moved to Minnesota from Arizona where you were not required to apply for permission to carry a weapon. Also, the VFW Post (I’m a Life Member) allowed smoking in the bar where I enjoyed my pipe and received favorable comments about the pleasant aroma of the tobacco.

In Minnesota, I had to apply for permission to buy a weapon and then pay for classes before I could apply for a concealed carry permit. The local VFW Post here does not allow smoking.

I do hope Mr. Kelly replies that he meant use of tobacco products…BUT

Should he treat tobacco in the same manner as guns…we’re off and running again on the regulations and responsibility for the authorship questions.

I’m not sure why the sudden interest of the VA in guns but offer the following to mitigate their concerns.

The following may also provide some balance to the question of smoking…although Mr. Kelly was specific about tobacco…

Does make you wonder what would happen if a veteran lit up a joint on VA “property” and produced a medical card for inspection by the VA police.

I think you can see where I’m confused about the role of the VA and the ATF. I hope they get their act together before a politician offers additional assistance. We’ve already seen where that leads.

Final note: I’m a disabled combat veteran and have found the VA care givers to be an outstanding group of people. The key is to get past the bureaucrats so those care givers can do what they do so well. Also wonder how much of the care giver’s time is spent in classes to hear about the regulations.

1913+16+17=404

The 16th and 17th amendments were adopted in 1913 and sure as hell did not produce the desired result.

The 16th amendment opened the door for the IRS and a tax code that has grown from the original 400 page legal information service to a 73,954 page, 25-volume federal tax law.

Instead of funding the government, it has become a guessing game as follows:

Gov’t:   You owe us money.  It’s called taxes.

Me:        How much do I owe?

Gov’t:   You have to figure that out.

Me:        I just pay what I want to pay?

Gov’t:    No, we know exactly how much you owe. But you have to guess that number.

Me:        What if I guess wrong?

Gov’t:    You go to jail.

There is still some controversy as to whether the 16th amendment was actually ratified by the requisite number of states. It’s the basis for much of the tax rebellion at the heart of many militia organizations.

There were some bitter political battles during the 16th amendment debate which led to the 17th amendment…popular election of senators rather than by state legislators as our founding fathers established.

The political party that could not ignore the constitution decided to change it…you can guess which party. We now have 100 senators who spend more time in their six years in office raising money for their election campaigns than oversight of the 435 House representatives who grandstand in front of cameras to get face time (and donations to their election campaigns) every two years.

Instead of monitoring and controlling the chaos at the House level, the Senate was thrown into the middle of the chaos in direct competition with the Representatives for votes and money.

It’s a fair conclusion that the 18th amendment (prohibition) came about just four years later due to the use of alcohol to mitigate the chaos. It’s a good thing they used alcohol and not the second amendment.

Here’s just one example why the tax laws have become so complicated:

In April 1987, the IRS required children claimed for tax deductions with only names must now also provide social security numbers for each child. CNN would have reported seven million children kidnapped & missing on April 15th rather than the 404 resulting from this new tax law.

We are now in a situation where taxes are a fine for doing well. That 1913 political party has further bastardized the tax laws to favor their voting blocks while using the money they collect from the other voting block to fund programs designed to give money to their voters.

The IRS will reject your tax return if you incorrectly claim the number of your dependents…

29.5 million illegal immigrants
1.1 million crackheads
3.4 million unemployable deadbeats
80,000 criminals in prisons
535 idiots in Washington

…if they do…ask them who you missed?

Another 404 from that 1913 political party was the establishment of the Federal Reserve…massive power over the monetary system with minimum oversight. Ever wonder why the political parties fight so hard over appointments to the Federal Reserve Board?

Maybe because we’re over $22 TRILLION in debt and can’t find out where that money went?

The 25 volume tax code is now ten times larger than the bible. If every tax payer demanded a paper copy of the tax code, there wouldn’t be a tree left on the planet. The IRS must have anticipated this since they charge you for copies of the tax code. Sneaky devils they be!

Here’s how really sneaky that 1913 political party is…ever wonder why election day is in November…as far away from April 15 as possible?

Let’s change election day to the week after Tax Day.

Only people who pay taxes are allowed to vote.

Picture ID and a copy of your 1040 mandatory.

That should prevent this next iteration of the tax code favored by that 1913 political party:

Let’s do an HTTP301 on these idiots!

How To Protect Your Keyboard From Democrats

It’s been a while since I posted an article. I have been reluctant to touch my keyboard as I respond to some of the more outrageous declarations from the growing ranks of Democratic presidential contenders. Depending upon the time of day, I was afraid of spewing coffee or wine. There’s also the concurrent danger of stomach cramps from laughing too hard.

With some trepidation, I’m back at my custom keyboard and have removed the caps lock key to refrain from screaming.

First up…that twit on twitter from the Bronx leading the charge against the electoral college. Did she really want to make it tuition free?

For you parents looking at the cost of college degrees for your kids, remember she has one too (although I think her college wants it returned).

Forgive the lack of attribution…here are a few charts I found on the internet that will put the question of the need for the electoral college in perspective:

Here’s what that summary would look like on a map:

Unfortunately, I live in one of those tiny blue spots in Minnesota where the voters have elected an attorney general who adheres to the Koran given his penchant for beating women. The following map will provide some clue why a coven of Democrats will always push for abolishing the electoral college.

Meanwhile, back to Boss Twit who told Pelosi to get out of the way…and let the New Green Deal emerge to the tune of $93 TRILLION (apologize for the caps).

Let’s shed some light on that amount of money. Imagine stacks of hundred dollar bills on pallets. You can see how large that is with the guy standing at the left lower corner…showing one BILLION.

Now imagine just one trillion in hundred dollar bills on pallets…with that same guy at the same corner. If you look close, he’s that tiny dot. And that’s just ONE TRILLION.

Now let’s get really scary…with some basic math. There are 300 million people in the U.S.

Divide that number into $93 Trillion and that’s how much YOU would pay for the New Green Deal. Let me know how much that is…I broke my calculator.

The Democrats have always relied on controlling the Lame Stream Media in order to convince voters to support them:

What is really frustrating the Democrats is the way Trump is using their own “logic” against them.

We’re losing the battle in the Lame Stream Media as FOX has defected to the dark side so stay tuned to whatfingernews for the latest in the political circus…

…and maybe we should contact the Trojan people and see if they have a product to protect our keyboards.

I have a feeling it’s going to get even more hilarious once the Democratic caucus season begins.

Urgent Notice for Our Employees

We are spending a large percentage of our administrative budget on accounting services to process the withholding, FICA, social security and other federal government programs that deduct taxes directly from your paychecks and require us to forward that money to multiple agencies within the government.

We have also been mandated to buy additional accounting computer programs to keep up with the rising state sales taxes as well as the city taxes placed on sales of our products that hide the cost of these taxes on the price we must charge our customers.

As a cost savings measure that will allow us to raise your salary and lower our price for our customers, we are starting a new two-fold program.

1. Your paycheck will be computed as a gross amount to provide you with the opportunity to send any money the government has requested from your salary directly from you to the government. This will allow you to monitor the effect of the tax legislation passed by the politicians you voted for.

We have consulted with our tax attorney and confirmed that the cost of the envelopes and stamps you use to send the money to the government will be tax deductible.

2. Sales tax computations will be eliminated by simply making all sales data available to any government entity so that they can determine the tax owed by our customer when they purchase a product deemed taxable by that government entity. We will implement this program by imprinting the contact information on each sales receipt to enable the customer to contact the government entity involved in order to pay the tax.

This new sales tax accounting program will allow us to publish the actual price of our product rather than a price inflated by any tax legislation. We will also no longer be required to buy a license from the taxing entity they require for us to collect these taxes.

We will also require any audit of our sales receipts to be done after hours and at a cost to the government agency tracking customers who may not have paid the sales tax directly or timely. We will also remind the government agency requesting an audit of our sales information that the information is also available at Facebook, Google and various intelligence agencies better equipped to gather this information.

The cost savings we have calculated from this new program will also allow us to offer a new benefit for our employees. We will begin offering free samples of our products to you, your family and friends as a benefit that will not be subject to any tax. Each employee will be issued a voucher in the amount of the savings we have determined. This voucher can also be exchanged for cash, bartered or sold on eBay. Our tax attorney has suggested that this is not earned income thus not subject to taxation.

For our California employees, please note that recent legislation that tax the company’s profits in that state has been drafted according to size of the company. We are now in the process of reforming our California locations into separate and smaller units that will be listed within the lowest corporate tax table. Those additional savings will be added to the new voucher program.

Our accounting department will not suffer from this drastic reduction of complicated programs. Instead, their expertise will be a welcome addition to our Human Resources department where they will search for and implement new benefits that will continue to reward your loyalty to our company.

Finally, we would like to share a letter from The White House that has asked for your support of a new initiative they will be proposing:

Move Election Day to April 1st
It’s a fitting holiday to honor politicians.
It’s also two weeks before they demand your hard earned money.

Top Ten Ideas: How To Prevent Government Shutdowns

1. The media forbidden to interview any politician or Hollyweird resident
2. The media loses access to the internet
3. Politicians pay is stopped with no future reimbursement
4. Senate and House cafeterias open to furloughed workers at no charge
5. All stop lights in Washington, D.C. frozen at red.
6. Top leaders of both parties sequestered in the West Wing
7. Mandatory drug and IQ tests for authors of shutdown legislation
8. Debt ceiling laws reinstated by politicians who pass basic arithmetic tests
9. Refuse offer of NFL referees to help with arbitration
10. Build a wall between politicians and TV cameras

I’m sure whatfinger.com fans can improve and add to the list.

I’m Pink…Not White!

Representative Steve King is a congressman from Iowa elected to his ninth term. He asked a simple question: “White nationalist, white supremacist, Western civilization — how did that language become offensive?” All hell broke loose as members of the Tri-caucus…and band wagon publicity hound Republicans…pushed to remove King from committees.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said there is “no place in the Republican Party, the Congress or the country for an ideology of racial supremacy of any kind,” and, of course, Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah), a former presidential nominee, called on King to resign.

The Congressional Tri-Caucus is composed of the Congressional Black Caucus, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, and the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus.

The Black Caucus has 55 members including six senators and all are Democrats.
The Hispanic Caucus has 38 members and all are Democrats.
The Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus has 69 members and all are Democrats.

White supremacy is a fact with 76.6% of the population reported as white by the census bureau.

The 162 members of the Tri-Caucus represent 37.5% of America’s ethnic (not racial) makeup.

Black Americans are 13.4% and have a Black Caucus.
Hispanic Americans are 18.1% and have a Hispanic Caucus.
Asian Pacific Americans are 6% and have an Asian Pacific Caucus.
(more than 100% total due to mixed ethnicity)

How did we get to the point where a Republican Congressman asks a simple semantic question and all hell breaks loose? I’ll let Mr. Marx (the comedian, not the ideologue) answer that:

Democrats are famous for screwing up our language. They make laws so complicated in language that we “have to pass them to find out what’s in them”. We also have a class of people called lawyers to help us understand the laws our congress critters have devised.

Not content with obfuscation of legal matters, they have gone berserk in many other areas of society:

I’ve commented on the difference between race and ethnicity in a previous article:
Frogs, Racism and the N Word.

If you are a member of the species homo sapiens, you belong to the human race.
Until the Martians land, that’s your only choice (LGBTWXYZ not withstanding).

It’s the social definition of race that’s been the basis for much debate and conflict. Racial profiling used “white” to designate the predominant European social group with scientific sounding terms like “negroid” to differentiate among other groups within society using skin color as the criteria regardless of national origin.

Ethnicity, then is a label based on cultural factors such as nationality no matter how long you’ve lived outside that nation and have been in America. Race has become a label primarily for skin color.

It really gets confusing when race is confused with ethnicity. What if a “negroid” race person was born and raised in a “Nordic” country like Sweden? If I seem confused about the terminology, remember that I was exposed to a major war where “yellow peril” was one of our major national enemies. How Japan became a yellow ethnicity still confuses me.

I keep checking…but my skin color remains pink and not white. Classmate of mine in college is designated black by the Democrats but turned grey while I turned red when we had too much sun during a fishing trip.

With MLK Day a national holiday…proclaimed by Ronald Reagan BTW…I remember my grey classmate as one of the worst fishermen who ever drowned a worm.

If you’re wondering why the Democrats may not have understood MLK’s admonition about judging people by the color of their skin…consider the following:

Happy MLK Day January 20…and don’t forget what the FBI tried to do to him.

But that’s another article…

…in the meantime I’m hoping some brave politician will advocate for a Pink Caucus.

       Calm down MAXINE!!!!
