Of the 27 amendments to the Constitution, the first ten are known as the Bill of Rights. The first amendment currently under scrutiny considers the subject of freedom of speech (which is second to the first protection mentioned: freedom of religion). Social media, e.g. Farcebook, (sic) Twitter and others, have been co-opted by socialists and being used to eliminate conservatives from expressing their ideas contrary to those of the socialists.

The conundrum: they are private companies and can do that if the management of those companies are socialists themselves.

Here’s where it will come back to bite them: they are for-profit companies and sell the personal information of their subscribers; both socialists and conservatives.

If the conservatives believe in capitalism, they can’t complain about this fact. They can only question their own stupidity for subscribing to those private companies that sell their personal information while denying them an equal voice on the platform.

The bite begins with the establishment of new platforms with true freedom of speech to compete with Farcebook et al without the loss of personal information.

If you’re a conservative and believe in capitalism, what the hell are you doing on the platforms controlled by socialists? TRY Parler, Gab or Telegram

Meanwhile, the socialists are beginning the move on cable with a ban on Fox, Newsmax and others. See a pattern here?

Use the power of your dollars. Stop playing their game.    Grab your bat and ball and stay out of their playground.

What about Amazon?

I’m going to lay out some facts about the Amazon empire and let you make your own decisions about further use of his services.

At the end of a remodel of my home office, I needed an HDMI cable for one of my monitors. Best Buy wanted $20 and I would have to get through the mask guard at their front door to get it after driving a couple of miles. With Amazon Prime, I found the same cable for $8.83 and it was delivered with free shipping to my front door the next day.

How can Jeff do that and make money?

The answer is…he can’t. Except…he is using the retail business to establish mass support from that retail operation as a firewall against any government action that would threaten his growing empire. It’s a loss leader focused on customer support and he makes some profit from the big ticket items.

Given the depth of  Amazon’s customer service, (follow up and tracking and even a picture of the package at my front door in an email to tell me it has been delivered) is it any wonder the government is now buying that expertise and renting portions of the Amazon tech farms around the country?

If you dig deeper, you’ll find the majority of Amazon’s income comes from the server farms and not from the   retail operation. Bezos has a net worth of over $200 BILLION (including $60 Billion his ex-wife got).

Jeff is literally changing the face of retail as other retail operations are getting on the internet storefronts to complement their brick and mortar operations. Manufacturers are getting smart bypassing retail and offering direct selling to their customers as end users rather than distributors.

If you don’t like socialists telling you how to spend your money…why would you want to tell Jeff how to spend his?  I’ll enjoy his capitalist side but ignore the Washington Post.  Jeff is also building huge warehouses/traffic centers in my area boosting local employment and tax revenue.

There you have it: so keep that knife away from your nose.

Ironically, socialists are pushing the $15 minimum wage and Amazon employees are starting to unionize.

OK…I’m guilty of click bait but bear with me and read to the end. You may agree.

The United States of America has devolved into a less than 70 square mile bubble of corruption in Washington D.C. It’s filled with egos who think they are smarter and better suited to run the country than anybody else including our Founding Fathers.

So where did all those idiots and assholes* come from who now inhabit that bubble?

The Founding Fathers created an elegant system with a Constitution that ran just 4400 words. The checks and balances woven throughout the document provides the means of correcting fault in the exercise of the Constitution that time and not more laws would alleviate.

Of special note is the fact that the Constitution created a Representative Republic…the word democracy does not appear anywhere in the Constitution.

Members of the House of Representatives are elected for just two years to prove competence in the office before reelection. The House of Representatives is based on the concept of “one person, one vote.” The number of House members each state gets is based on that state’s population. This short election span frequently resulted in laws hastily crafted by the larger states that could easily overpower the needs and wishes of the smaller states. The laws were sometimes crafted to gain attention of the media and promote the Representative’s name rather than solve a problem. Some laws were crafted by lobbyists who bribed politicians to pass them.

Before those laws would take effect, the six year term US senators (two per state) would pass judgement and be the deciding voice. These US senators were elected by the state legislatures who would be more familiar with the competence and character of the person selected as their US senators than the general public. With a limit of two per state, the smaller states would have equal voice with the larger states.

Where did this elegance of control go wrong?

It started with the collusion between politicians and the media. Specifically William Jennings Bryan and William Randolph Hearst of yellow journalism fame. Yes, over 100 years ago the progressives thought they knew better than the authors of the Constitution and pushed for passage of the 17th amendment that changed the election method for US senators. They would now be elected just like the house members. According to W.J. Bryan, too many US senators were being appointed by governors as a result of a bribe. Similar to Obama’s senate seat sold by Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich.  Sure glad the 17^th amendment  prevented that from happening.

More important is the fact that the balance of power between federal and state was shifted. Without the inside knowledge of the US senator’s real character and honesty (which the state legislators all knew) the citizens were now asked to elect their US senators. Name recognition became more important than ability to do the job. Prime example of how this creates dubious credentialed senators such as Amy Klobuchar who benefitted from her father’s name recognition as a columnist and pseudo journalist.

And don’t get me started on the Kennedy name.

Take a close look at the 100 US senators now “in power” to run the government. Out of over 300 million citizens, this is the best we can find?  We don’t get to chose them. It’s a political party option at the national level established by the 17^th amendment. We can elect local politicians but the decision of who will run as US senator is a decision within that bubble of corruption and no longer by the local politicians we know and elect. The local politician bows to the wisdom of the national party…and continues to collect money from them in order to get reelected themselves. Another example of that power shift due to the 17^th amendment.

The 17^th amendment was such a burst of adrenalin for the progressives in early 1900’s that they continued on a streak to push what we call  ”sin” laws. Yes…prohibition…the 18^th and only amendment ever revoked, albeit two decades later.

We also doubled the size of the electoral base by giving women the right to vote in 1920. You’d think that would bring some level of sanity back to the political scene. Instead, they fought hard to become members of the political ruling class which has devolved to electing such female stars as Mad Maxine Waters and Nancy Pelosi. No…I’m not forgetting AOC as much as I would like to.

The Tea Party and now the MAGA mob caused a bit of worry for the bubble politicians. They were confident that any challenge to their power could be thwarted at the national level. What would really worry them would be anything that would reverse that shift of power back to state level. By taking turns at the helm, both parties have been able to maintain control of their mutually beneficial corruption bubble.

Control of the media is also key to maintaining power in that bubble of corruption. In the days of yellow journalism, William Randolph Hearst hired goons to destroy the newsstands that didn’t carry his news. I’m sure that couldn’t happen today given the freedom of the internet protected by Facebook, Twitter, Apple and Amazon as they literally destroy their competitors and even ban the voice of the President of the United States and anyone supporting him.

Recent example of how that mutually beneficial corruption works…Politicians took control of an assumed pandemic and prevented herd immunity in order to promote vaccines and therapeutics owned by medical people who sell their products to government agencies controlled by the politicians who then get campaign contributions from the medical people…makes you dizzy following the money.

The medical entrepreneurs insist that only politicians are wise enough to protect the nation and prove their conclusion by donating money to the politicians. Realizing that these medical entrepreneurs have achieved academic degrees well beyond the politician’s mental capacity, the politician’s ego echo Fredo’s assertion that “I’m smart and I want respect!”

I’m sure some lawyers came up with the rationale for state lockdowns and edicts based on “protecting” the governed. If it doesn’t work…the citizens are to blame. If it does (supposedly) work, the governors take full credit. Minnesota’s waltzing Walz is a prime example using this twisted logic.

Politicians create a herd mentality focused on destroying the credibility of opponent politicians outside that bubble. They create a vicious narrative designed to appeal to the lowest common denominator in the herd. Orange man bad…recent example.

Mustering every resource at their disposal, including the Lame Stream Media and social media censorship to block dissenting opinion, the narrative reached a crescendo just prior to the 2020 election.

Smug in their assumed success, they were shocked by the election results that showed maybe the orange man was not seen as bad by even the lowest common denominator in the herd.

As a last ditch effort, they constructed a not so smart ballot count fraud.

Lawyers aligned to both parties are now assuring the country who really won the election.     The main objective is to protect the corruption bubble. Those few honest lawyers outside the bubble are vastly outnumbered.

When you realize that the only time you need a lawyer is to protect you from other lawyers…we just may really need to remember Shakespeare’s advice right now:

I  hope I won’t have to explain who Shakespeare was.

Long term solution to the problem is going to start with the repeal of the 17^th amendment and bring the US senate back under local control rather than the national corruption bubble. State legislators have been adversely affected by the corruption bubble as many jockey to rise in their respective political parties and join the corruption.

Our goal should not be to elect a Democrat Senator nor a Republican Senator. The goal is to elect US Senators who understand that the oath of office is an oath to protect and defend the Constitution and not a political party.

I’ve been in bipartisanship meetings in the local political arena. Instead of vicious attacks, there is friendly banter similar to that among military veterans from different branches of the service. They have at it but Lord help the non-vet who takes a shot at any vet from any branch.

A veteran is someone who, at one point in their life, signed a blank check made payable to The Government of the United States of America  for an amount of up to and including their life.

There are millions of veterans who have survived and are still affirm this oath. Many of them lost Veteran brothers and sisters to combat in defense of our nation’s principles. I doubt if any politician could create a narrative that would fool this group.

What would happen if the various veteran’s organizations began a vetting process and loudly support or condemn those seeking to serve our nation as a politician?

What would happen if the Veteran groups were assigned to monitor elections?

What would happen if enough politicians were elected with the Veteran imprimatur and repeal the 17^th amendment bringing balance back and destroying that corruption bubble?

Sounds like a plan…

John Hopkins University released an interesting study last week that totally destroys the beer flu conspiracy. Of course, the study has been censored heavily by lame stream and social media.

Here’s the heart of the study in one graph:

“The total decrease in deaths by other causes almost exactly equals the increase in deaths by COVID-19. This suggests that the COVID-19 death toll is misleading” the report concluded.

Now we know why CDC quit reporting seasonal flu deaths. They needed those numbers to inflate the COVID stats. This scam was created to  justify the mail in ballots (not absentee) that were used to create the election fraud now coming apart

Democrat mayors and governors piggybacked draconian lockdowns and edicts to further push the “need” for mail in ballots and to bolster their fragile egos while destroying their constituent’s businesses.

Further perusal of the numbers from just the last few years follows:

As of September 24th there are 2,033,736 total deaths in the US. That is a daily average of 7,588 deaths X 365 days= 2,769,620 is the total deaths we could expect in 2020.

How can we have less deaths in the US if there is a pandemic going on? For the last 100 years there has  never been a decrease in total deaths per year.

Note: Federal govt pays $13,000 per diagnosed COVID patient and $39,000 if the patient was placed on a ventilator. That’s $52,000 and a ventilator costs $50,000.  Add to that hospital charges, daily charges for multiple use of ventilator they now own and the 20% bonus paid to hospitals for a COVID patient.

2nd greatest crime in the history of our nation?

OK…that’s my take on the beer flu situation.

Now, on to the so-called 2020 “election”: the greatest crime in the history of our nation.                                        The beer flu scam was just the setup for what followed.

These six states called a simultaneous stop on counting ballots. The Democrats had figured on a little tweak here and another there would get Biden elected with little notice of how they did it. They didn’t figure on the landslide Trump created and had to literally stop their tweaking and scrambled for a week to load more votes for Biden into the system to offset the Trump landslide. Ballots pulled from the trunk of a car would not be enough. They literally needed semitruck loads.

Common sense fled the scene and we are now left with lawyers protecting us from other lawyers. Some of those lawyers have risen to the legal rank of judge in another hierarchy developed by lawyers that extends all the way to the Supreme Court.

Meanwhile the Lame Stream Media has donned the cloak of pseudo authority and assure us they can explain that Biden is our new leader without explaining why. They simply refer back to the Democratic judges that provide that opinion rather than facts based on legal precedence from laws they have already interpreted.

Now AG Barr’s DoJ and the FBI have concluded there is no evidence of  election fraud in spite of hundreds of affidavits and hands on proof of the Dominion election machine  manipulations. Witnesses that contacted the FBI (some attacked and hospitalized) never heard back.

I wonder what would happen if Sydney Powell and General Flynn replaced the DoJ and FBI top echelon?

The Democrats are not done. The Georgia senate race will determine control of the Senate.  The Dominion voting machines are still in play there…and recent internet speculation is that China owns 75% of that company.

It all makes you nostalgic for the hanging chads in four counties in the 2000 Florida fubar that took 37 days for SCOTUS to figure it out.

So here’s where I see us:

OK…my headline is typical click bait.

I hope you’ll bear with me while I think out loud.

Ernie Chambers is a famous Nebraska State Senator.  I urge you to do a non-Google* internet search to learn about him. He has shown a huge spotlight on hypocrisy for decades. (*Google has begun a shadow banning campaign.)

Ernie was frequently found in the Student Center at Creighton University (Omaha, NE) back in the 1960’s when he was earning his law degree. I was fortunate enough to frequently visit with him and learn the subtle and effective ways to express your opinion while deflecting the opposition…not to defeat but to come to a mutually agreed conclusion.

It’s basic philosophy involving the triad of thesis…antithesis…synthesis.                          The thesis is your opinion. The antithesis is the opposition. The synthesis is an agreement between the two both can accept.

For example: if your thesis is that everything is black. The antithesis is that everything is white. The synthesis is an agreement that grey exists. Yeah…you can apply that to the race debate.

BTW: until the Klingons land, there is only one race…human. The argument (and hostility) is basically about ethnicity. If there are African Americans…what do you call a black man born in Sweden who becomes an American citizen?

Using that same logic that equates the color of skin to a geographic locale, our new citizen becomes a Swedish African American? Can a white man born in Africa become an African American? BTW: I’m not white. I’m pink. So are most so called white people.

Now back to the ability to buy toilet paper when I’m naked.

Of course, the barrier to our synthesis is a government mandate called Americans with Disability Act. I have no problem with it, but it makes it difficult to arrive at the synthesis if common sense precludes the pertinent fact of…for example…severe asthma preventing the use of a face mask.

There is another barrier to common sense when the face mask mandate is not a medical mandate but a political one. Our “leaders” have found unbridled control over their minions by citing the medical opinions they favor to maintain their newly discovered power. They issue executive orders that bypass the triad of philosophical debate politicians we elect should use to make laws not orders.

Politicians live in fear of one thing…not their constituents…but bad press.

The press bias is evident when you remember their mantra is “If it bleeds it leads”…unless it shows the Antifa or BLM crowd shedding that blood. Freedom of the press belongs only to those who own one. That has become a problem for the Lame Stream Media (and politicians they protect). The LSM have found that the internet has generated a new “press” for anyone with a computer and even a basic understanding of how the English language can be used to counter the lame stream media’s bias.

The Associated Press is now capitalizing the word Black but not the word white. Obfuscation is not a new tactic of the left leaners…witness this chart:

Whatfinger.com* (*Shadow banned by Google) does a great job exposing LSM bias by simply linking to the stories not intended for mass consumption. For example, what Biden is telling the disparate groups that he visits during sojourns out of his basement…often at odds depending on the group. He supports police unions but offers “relocation of police funds” when meeting with friendly BLM groups.

If you need another nudge to search info* on Senator Chambers…he once sued God at the Nebraska Senate and his colleagues were flustered. They not only couldn’t stop him but it was that spotlight he was using to shine brightly on a bill they were trying to pass that was equally as outrageous.

Toilet paper was invented on December 22, 1891 by S. Wheeler. Given the panic buying of toilet paper when the beer flu panic started, I’m surprised Big Pharma didn’t figure out a way to claim the patent and jack up the prices.

As a side benefit…note the proper way to hang the roll…outside, not in. End of discussion (but I doubt it).

Insulin was first discovered in 1921 by orthopedic surgeon Frederick Banting and medical student Charles Best, from the University of Toronto. The pair later sold the patent for insulin to the university for one dollar. Their drug, which many of the 30 million Americans with diabetes rely on, has become the poster child for pharmaceutical price gouging. The inventors felt that insulin belonged to the public. Now, nearly 100 years later, insulin is inaccessible to thousands of Americans because of its high cost.

Big Pharma spends a lot of money on advertising…and 90% of the media are owned by just five big corporations. They don’t advertise the drugs unless they own the patents. Ever wonder why 90% of the media are downplaying Hydroxychloroquine (patent date 1951) and pushing Gilead’s Remdesivir (patent date 2019)?

Doesn’t take a genius to connect the dots.

The President is taking Hydroxychloroquine + orange man bad = remsesivir gooder!

And have you noticed that the media fails to mention the price difference?

I’m going to predict the next phase of the pharmaceutical beer flu saga:

As some states ease their shutdowns, there’s a growing interest in antibody tests that can tell whether you’ve been infected with the new coronavirus — and presumably, have developed some degree of immunity to the disease.

Tricare, like other insurance providers and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), only authorizes tests when they are “medically necessary” as recommended by the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Tricare covers both a test that determines if you are currently sick with COVID-19 and a test that screens for COVID-19 antibodies. Tests are currently only available for those who suspect they have the disease or may have had it already.

Quest Diagnostics recently began selling antibody testing directly to the public for $119, plus an additional lab fee of $10.30.

Some private labs are offering antibody tests to the public, with or without a doctor’s referral, for a fee. These include labs such as ARCpoint Labs in Greenville, North Carolina ($75), National Jewish Health in Denver, Colorado ($94), and Innovative Express Care in Chicago ($250).

I’m finding that most tests come from one factory source… HANGZHOU BIOTEST BIOTECH CO.,LTD.

A close friend knows one of their factory reps and asked me to help him with some marketing ideas. Before I volunteered, here’s what I confirmed:

According to Raja Krishnamoorthi. Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Economic and Consumer Policy, Hangzhou Biotest Biotech’s COVID-19 IgG/IgM Rapid Test Cassette (brand name RightSign) is on the list of the 150 tests currently identified on FDA’s website as being marketed under Pathway D.

Under Section IV.D of FDA’s March 16, 2020, policy, also known as “Pathway D,” manufacturers are allowed to distribute coronavirus serology tests “where the test has been validated, notification is provided to FDA, and information” regarding the lack of FDA review and limitations of serological testing results is provided to patients with their test results.

To cut through the government language, if the test comes from this factory, it’s approved.

Now for the interesting part.

Anybody can sell the tests made by this factory. Apparently, the factory has no clue about territory exclusivity for their sales staff, whether independent or factory reps.

I sent a copy of the sell sheet to the doctor who ran the Stanford University test to confirm. After several emails back and forth, Dr. Jay discovered through me that he was buying the tests from one of many available sources and that the RightSign brand name used in the sell sheet was the same test he used.

I also discovered that another recent sale of the RightSign brand name test was to France involving 10 million tests.

In my fifty years of marketing, I have generally shied away from the medical field. Having dipped briefly into it now as a favor for a friend…

…I find it’s still a wild west show.

Add the lobbying of Big Pharma and the “special” laws and health regulations from our politicians…it’s obvious Matt Dillon hasn’t shown up yet.

Meanwhile, the town doctors in this wild west are focused on their patients…not the politics.

A final word of caution for them:

As of March 16, 2020, there have been 69 deaths from the beer flu (coronavirus).

Compare that with the over 22,000 deaths from the “seasonal” flu.

Haven’t you started to wonder why the media hypes pandemics in the same years as an election?

The beer flu is the seventh disease the media says will kill me…I’m still here.

If you are really worried about the beer flu and believe the media hype, here’s a suggestion on twitter on how to get an immediate test that might be too extreme:

People aren’t shaking hands because they believe the media.

I’m not shaking hands because of the shortage of toilet paper.

The ubiquitous “free flu shots” signs are all over the place yet CDC has confirmed 22,000 recent deaths.

News releases from China claim the Wuhan region is almost back to normal. I place as much credibility in their reporting as I do our lame stream media…and that is sad.

Meanwhile, Amazon and Microsoft are fighting over a $10 billion contract from the Department of Defense (DoD) that would turn over our top secret military plans to the data processing facilities these two companies run to create “the cloud”. The DoD negotiated the contract and then hired two lobbyists to run it…look it up…the media won’t.

Given the way President Trump plays 3D chess while the DNC is reading the instructions for checkers…something else is going on behind the scenes.

I’m guessing it has something to do with the real virus threatening America…

Chicken Little fans like Al Gore and AOC have pushed the climate change argument from giggles to falling down snorting belly laughs.

First, let’s review two of Al’s major arguments…polar bears and disappearing glaciers:

Al got a Nobel Prize and an Oscar for this crap.

Irene Sendler was credited with saving 2,500 Polish Jews from the Holocaust. She was also a candidate for the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize but lost out to Al Gore’s slide show about climate change.

She probably figured green was the best color after seeing how much money Al has made from this “crusade”.

The Lame Stream Media loves climate clowns like these two and uses the century old alarm about climate change to gain eyeballs using this clickbait. Have you noticed that they stopped reporting about the Australian fires when almost 200 lefties were arrested for starting them and it wasn’t climate change?

PETA insists that going vegan would solve the climate change problem.

Here’s the counter argument:

Plants are the dominant species and they feed us oxygen to grow us to the point where we die and become food for them. Using the PETA hypothesis, we should cut carbon dioxide that plants use to produce oxygen. Cow farts feed the plants and cows eat plants too. We should eat the cows so they won’t feed the plants when cows die?

I think you’d agree with me that the argument has become so complicated that only a total focus of the world’s leaders could solve the problem…

…maybe not.

There is a recent ray of hope. A registered letter has been sent and received by the Secretary-General of the UN on October 1 of 2019. The letter was sent on behalf of the Ambassadors of the European Climate Delegation which included countries from Europe, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the USA. The cover of the letter was signed by 14 delegates from the listed countries and the attachment contained the signatures from a network of 500 experienced and knowledgeable scientists and professionals in climate and related fields.

Bill Nye the Science Guy was not one of the signers. His doctorate is mechanical engineering and he invented a hydraulic resonance suppressor tube used on 747 airplanes…before he switched to comedy. However, the Lame Stream Media frequently seeks his advice on climate change.

Dr. Rex Fleming was one of those who signed from the USA.

Here’s his brief bio:

Dr. Rex J. Fleming is a mathematician with a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science from the U. of Michigan. He has over 50 years of experience as a scientist and manager in weather and climate research. He has published peer reviewed scientific papers from 1971 to 2018. He has represented the Unites States of America at several international science meetings, including as the Chief Delegate at the First United States Ocean Climate Delegation to the People’s Republic of China in 1982. He was awarded the Department of Commerce Gold Medal Award (1980) for outstanding achievement in directing the U.S. role in the Global Weather Experiment (FGGE). He was elected a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Sciences (1982) for contributions to atmospheric science. From his retired position as a consultant in the aerospace business he has used his own funds to carry out research on climate issues.

Unlike the lone Dr. Nye patent for an airplane tube…Rex has four patents directly tied to the study of climate.  Rex has just released a book on the subject. The central message: There is no climate emergency.

Disclaimer: I may be biased. Rex and I were classmates at Cathedral High School in Omaha, Nebraska. We were taught by experts how to think rationally and to base our conclusions on facts.

Before you figure Rex is going to be waaaay over your head, check that picture of the expert teacher from Omaha. That ruler made sure we also learned how to use the English language. The result is a book on climate change that provides easy to understand answers to the hysteria of climate change.

His book was written for the non-scientist and includes five Appendices to help guide the reader through the scientific disciplines used to provide fact rather than political ideology. It provides definitive proof that CO2 is NOT the cause of climate change and…sorry AOC…cow farts are methane and not CO2.

I think I discovered where this young lady attends law school.

Faculty and staff at the University of Minnesota are gearing up to undergo pronoun training in order to make the campus a more welcoming environment for “transgender” and “non-binary” community members.

Facilitator Erin Keyes, who is also the assistant dean of students in the Law School, said in an email to the Minnesota Daily that a training session took place earlier for Law School employees.

“The Facilitator Training Program for Gender Equity Access allows the Law School to better recognize and honor gender diversity in our community, knowing that it is an essential piece of who we are,” she said in the email.

“Failing to abide by this policy could result in discipline,” according to the policy’s FAQ page.

Failure to abide by the simple explanation in this meme could result in hilarity and finger pointing.

Laws are so complex that there is a special breed of professionals to decipher them. They are called  lawyers…and several derogatory names should this idiocy continue.

These rare “non-binary” oddballs exist, so she assigns an imaginary gender to them so that they have a “sense of value and a sense of belonging”.

Gender Equity Access…access to what? This is new age language invented by the victim-centric, identity politics-driven media because their ratings are tanking. The “news” must be driven by click bait to get eyeballs they can use to justify their advertising rate cards. They have no way to counter the various ad blocking apps sane people use.

Then there’s Amy Klobuchar who got a participation award for beer drinking. Almost as cringe worthy as Fauxcahontas Warren. That news bimbo is delighted to control the narrative and make fun of politicians to establish herself as better than even this Yale educated lawyer.

The D.C.-based Daily Caller published a report alleging “that U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar helped keep a multibillion-dollar Ponzi schemer [i.e., Tom Petters] out of prison in the late 1990s when she was the County Attorney in Hennepin County, Minnesota.”

“Klobuchar used the power of her office in 1999 to ensure Petters was not charged with financial crimes,” the report says, noting that Petters later contributed more than $120,000 toward Klobuchar’s Senate run. “And despite significant evidence against him, she cleared the way for Petters to build his multibillion-dollar illegal empire by prosecuting only his early co-conspirators.”

But wait…there’s more…

You sometimes wonder how some of these politicians manage to keep their law licenses.

Well…maybe not all of them.

President Trump is not a lawyer. He’s a businessman who has started an amazing period of positive growth benefiting everyone in America.

The end of any year, let alone decade, is a trigger for pundits half my age to tell me what happened. They point out the important people, events and entertainment highlights. Quite frankly (excuse the pun) I have no idea what the hell they are talking about.

With Trump Derangement Syndrome at its peak, of course we’re all going to die if we don’t wrap our arms (and wallets) around their view of history. They have been warning for over 50 years that the climate will be killing us in the next ten years.

I remember my first attempt at writing a novel in 1973 using a plot counterpoint of global warming as the real answer to the global cooling frenzy at the time. Maybe I should find the five inch floppy disks of that attempt and see if it would fly today.

In their defense, the pundits are just following the example of Pope Gregory I who in 600 AD pontificated (again with the pun) the seven deadly sins:  pride, greed, lust, wrath, gluttony, envy, and sloth. Unlike modern pundits, that pope gave us some hope which happened to be one of the seven virtues he proposed as antidotes: faith, hope, charity, justice, prudence, temperance, and fortitude.

The current pope is trying to add climate as another sin. He also can’t quite figure out why we want to build a wall when he lives behind one that is forty feet high; protected by armed guards by the way. Maybe this meme would be helpful as the pope figures out what is really happening today:

“Auld Lang Syne” means  “old long since” usually to remind people what happened with their previous wishes for better things to come.  I’m part of the majority that enjoyed the hell out of the last three years but not too much of certain years of the past decade. I’m really, really looking forward to next year and the epiphany a lot of liberals are going to have specially those liberal politicians whose God complex has them spending hundreds of millions of dollars  to become president.

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei announced  that he has condemned (oops) appointed Brigadier General Esmayeel Qaani to replace former terror chief Qasem Soleimani, whose tenure the United States ended with an airstrike last week.

Chuck and Nancy have objected to the elimination of  terror chief Soleimani without their permission.  As a result, they have contacted General Qaani and invited him to caucus with the Democrats. General Qaani doesn’t appear too happy with either announcement.

President Trump has warned Iran that he has 52 targets ready for similar action if Iran continues to threaten the United States. That number commemorates the 52 hostages held by Iran during the Carter administration.

I vaguely remember many of the historical milestones I’ve lived through.  At my age, I’m lucky if I remember why I entered the room…unless it’s the bathroom.

There is one decade that set the stage for a lot of our current events. Dan Hauser has captured all of the year-by-year extreme and bizarre events which occurred during 1965 to 1975.  Assassinations, protest marches, sit-ins, Viet Nam, sex and drugs revolutions, Woodstock, Watergate, Civil Rights…the steepest bell-curve of cultural upheaval in our history. Jeff Bezos just donated $100,000,000.00 to charity. Prime members pay $99.00 annually and get free shipping. I saved over $400.00 in shipping costs last year (Amazon keeps track and tells you). How he manages to send a ten dollar item to me with next day free shipping is a marketing conundrum. I’ve also noticed that Amazon has employed their own shipping fleet with trucks all over the area (we have a Prime shipping center nearby).

If the free shipping was not enough incentive, he adds Prime TV for free streaming of movies you never heard of and TV programs that are actually very good.

But back to the Cyber Monday tips.
